Position Overview:

As a key member of the finance team, the Treasury Analyst will report directly to the Treasury Manager and play a vital role in facilitating daily banking operations, cash management, and treasury forecasting activities.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the deployment and oversight of a new Treasury Management System (TMS).
  • Support treasury-related preparations for business transitions.
  • Contribute to the daily preparation and analysis of cash flow forecasts.
  • Manage banking functions for all operational units, including the establishment of bank accounts and user management.
  • Facilitate cash management tasks, including wire transfers and other transactions.
  • Help prepare various reports related to accounts receivable securitization.
  • Generate periodic journal entries for banking transactions.
  • Maintain and prepare documentation for bank accounts.
  • Revise and update treasury policies as necessary.
  • Assist in fulfilling quarterly compliance obligations.
  • Support annual budgeting processes.
  • Engage in various banking projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Interest in pursuing professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CTP) is advantageous.
  • Experience with treasury systems is a plus.
