The Canadian Red Cross is seeking a Supervisor, Customized Case Management to join our team. As a key member of our case management team, you will be responsible for supervising case management staff, planning and coordinating case management activities, and ensuring that clients receive high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise case management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that clients receive high-quality services.
- Plan and coordinate case management activities, including developing and implementing case plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and team members to ensure that case management services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and other organizations to ensure that case management services are integrated with other services and programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of case management services, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Provide training and support to case management staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in case management, social work, or a related field.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members.
Working Conditions:
- Work will be performed in a clean and comfortable environment.
- May be required to work in challenging and stressful environments, including disaster zones.
- May be required to work outside of regular hours, including evenings and weekends.
- May be required to travel to other locations, including disaster zones.
