We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Hudson's Hope Health Centre. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform various medical procedures, including IV starts and blood draws.
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
- CPR and ACLS certification.
- Post-basic training and/or one year of recent related clinical experience in a critical care area.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
