Job Title: Quantitative Model Developer

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Model Developer to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing statistical models to analyze and manage risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex statistical models to analyze and manage risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into business processes
  • Provide guidance and support to junior model developers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in econometrics and statistical testing
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of post-PhD work experience or 6+ years of post-Master's work experience
  • Experience as a lead model developer, including mentoring and guiding junior developers
  • Strong understanding of economic concepts and machine learning approaches
  • Proficient in Python and practical experience writing programs to build and test predictive models
