Job Title: Reconciliation Specialist F/H

Job Summary:

The Reconciliation Specialist supports individuals and families experiencing addictions to regain control of their lives through recovery. This role is responsible for decision making and development for standard work for implementation in the Addictions Centre as the storing of confidential files on patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.
  • Support individuals and families experiencing addictions to regain control of their lives through recovery.
  • Develop and implement standard work for implementation in the Addictions Centre.
  • Store confidential files on patients.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Addiction/Substance Abuse.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and improvement striving towards zero harm.
  • Knowledge of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action.

Work Environment:

This role is based at St Josephs Hospital and Community Addiction Services.

Shift Information:

This is a full-time regular position with a 50-hour workweek in a 1-week rotation, including days and weekends.
