Finance Manager Job Description

Fed Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounting cycle, producing accurate financial information, and analyzing financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and perform the accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Produce timely and accurate month-end financial information, including financial statements and analysis.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present financial information to the Board of Directors, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage cash flow, ensuring efficient and effective financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounts payable and receivable policies, maintaining accurate records.
  • Analyze general ledger accounts, explaining variances and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the budget process, providing financial expertise and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail sales, with a strong understanding of financial management.
  • Proficiency in software, specifically Prextra.
  • Bilingualism, with excellent communication skills.
  • CPA designation, with a strong understanding of financial regulations.
  • Diligence and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
