We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and selling merchandise to our fans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for our fans
  • Engage customers through open-ended questions and demonstrate products
  • Assist with indirect service initiatives, including merchandising, replenishment, and product layout
  • Work with the store manager on loss prevention techniques and inventory controls
  • Accurately handle cash and process transactions using our POS system
  • Responsible for daily opening and closing duties, including cash handling and end-of-day paperwork
  • Process customer mail orders and shipping details
  • Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Actively work to meet our retail goals, including arena knowledge, product knowledge, and active service
  • Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Commitment to teamwork and working in a fun and friendly atmosphere
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation, with a willingness to learn about the retail industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Natural ability to communicate with people with confidence and professionalism
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM)
  • Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than October 2025
