  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing excellent communication skills.

Work Environment

As a Front Desk Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often standing for extended periods. You will be required to work a 32-hour week, with a permanent work term. English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
