Physiotherapy Specialist

Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with a range of physical conditions, using evidence-based practice and techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to PMH policies and professional guidelines.
- Participate in performance reviews and goal setting to enhance work performance and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
- Stay up-to-date with PMH policies and procedures, as well as relevant professional standards and legislation.
- Graduate from an accredited or approved university Physiotherapy program.
- Eligible for and maintains licensure to practice as a Physiotherapist in the province of Manitoba.
- Eligible for and maintains membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
- Province of Manitoba Class 5 Drivers Licence, and access to a personal vehicle to provide service within Prairie Mountain Health.
- Current Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification within the past twelve (12) months as per Prairie Mountain Health Policy CPR Training.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), as well as Internet applications and other Information Technology.
