Job Title: Senior Product Manager

At Intello Technologies Inc., we're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our Mobility Brand Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering mid to long-term strategies for TELUS and Koodo Mobility brands and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate market conditions and develop valuable propositions to drive brand differentiation and improve Mobility EBITDA and Household Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to optimize the Mobility network revenue and EBITDA.
  • Evaluate domestic market conditions and international market comparisons to inform TELUS and Koodo brand Mobility offerings.
  • Collaborate with Market Intelligence and Insights teams to identify research needs and inform strategies for TELUS and Koodo brands.
  • Benchmark TELUS and Koodo brand performance against intra and extra industry brand service and support models.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of progressive work experience in product management, strategy, or product marketing functions.
  • Industry experience in telecommunications, management consulting, or brand management/CPG.
  • Post-secondary degree in business, engineering, or similar - MBA is an asset but not required.
