Position Overview

As a Transportation Logistics Supervisor at WHITE CLIFF LOGISTICS INC., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational logistics of our organization. Your leadership will ensure that our transportation activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to coordinate activities and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to management.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure the seamless operation of computer systems and machinery.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and arrange training for new employees.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff effectiveness.
  • Work Assignment: Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory to meet operational needs.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
