Registered Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at CVH (No. 3) LP. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct specimen collection and perform other medical procedures as required
  • Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
  • Monitor patients' progress and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions
  • Consult with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
