About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SaaS Solutions Director to lead our e-commerce and SaaS business to new heights. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our digital commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business outcomes.
  • Manage P&L: Oversee the financial performance of the business, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies, processes, and strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in SaaS, e-commerce, and digital commerce, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strategic Business Leader: Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
  • Technical Competence: Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies, including partner ecosystem, app stores, and marketplaces.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 15+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or partner management within B2C SaaS and e-commerce or technology sectors.
  • Executive-Level Experience: Proven ability to lead large business organizations across multiple locations.
  • Strategic Relationships: Proven ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with ISV partners and/or brand owners.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.
