Position Overview

As a Residential Childcare Provider at R&S Care, you will play a vital role in nurturing and supporting the development of children in a home environment. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the well-being and safety of the children under your care.

Qualifications
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods
  • Supervise and care for children
Certifications
  • Emergency child care first aid and CPR
Transportation and Travel
