Taekwondo Coach

We are seeking a skilled Coach to join our team at North Shore Taekwondo. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading and guiding athletes to achieve their full potential in the sport of Taekwondo.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs to improve athletes' skills and performance
- Provide guidance and support to athletes to help them achieve their goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective training environment
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive team culture
- College/CEGEP education
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a coaching or related role
- Strong knowledge of Taekwondo techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Support the integration of newcomers and refugees into the team
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities and organizations
- Provide cultural competency training to all employees
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
