About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team at ABS Truck and Trailers Parts Ltd. as a key member of our sales and operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate sales staff to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet business objectives.
  • Order Merchandise: Manage inventory levels and place orders for merchandise to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize Returns: Process returns and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Supervise Sales Team: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to sales staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or operations role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
