We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Manager to join our team at ADTRIBE CORPORATION. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, as well as supervising a team of computer analysts, engineers, programmers, and technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project implementation.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Client Relations: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, as well as provide ongoing support and consultation.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
