Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy goods vehicles, including straight and articulated trucks, to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Logistics: Coordinate with dispatch to plan and execute transportation routes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transportation, including cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: AZ class license and experience in heavy goods transportation.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving skills.
