### Job Summary

As a Service Associate at Hertz, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and ready for the road.

### Key Responsibilities

* Drive and park cars on the lot as needed to maintain a well-organized and efficient vehicle storage area
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any damage or issues
* Fill gasoline and check all fluid levels to ensure vehicles are in good working condition
* Meet processing and standardization quotas to maintain high levels of productivity
* Safely transport vehicles within the off-airport market, adhering to all company safety policies
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

### Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Must be 20 years of age or older
* Valid driver's license required
* Ability to work on your feet for most of your shift
* Ability to work in all weather conditions
