Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Heritage Mountain Daycare. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
  • Child Guidance: Provide guidance and support to children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress and prepare comprehensive reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Staff Collaboration: Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss children's progress, share best practices, and address any concerns.
  • Environment Maintenance: Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of our children.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
