Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and order fulfillment throughout our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality audits and verify reports for DC inventory and order-filling accuracy.
  • Adhere to all Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
  • Operate power equipment safely and under control at all times.
  • Review and maintain item-profiling requests from Operations Supervisors.
  • Administer Warehouse Management System item/slot management, including new item setup, existing item maintenance, slot label maintenance, slot creation/deletion, frozen slot tracking and maintenance, item replenishment maintenance, and product recalls.
  • Process damaged product in a timely manner using proper procedures.
  • Research and justify larger inventory adjustments for Supervisor approval.
  • Accurately and efficiently prepare/process the TPR report daily and maintain integrity through enforced timelines for Walmart finance departments.
Requirements
  • Age - 18 or older
