Job Title: Biomedical Engineering Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Engineering Technologist to join our team at Jheeta Medical Corp.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing power equipment and systems, as well as installing and maintaining medical devices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop power equipment and systems
  • Install and maintain medical devices
  • Interpret blueprints and instructions to plan methods and sequences of operation
  • Read blueprints and instructions to determine work requirements
  • Service and test medical equipment
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, and reports
  • Write specifications for medical devices
  • Calibrate electronic equipment and instruments
  • Conduct safety training programs
  • Complete work orders and test reports
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
