Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Les Gestions Marios Lteif inc. as a Sales Clerk Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily activities of sales staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding customer returns and exchanges.
- Resolve Issues and Complaints: Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate stock levels and maintain a well-organized inventory system.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, including tasks and responsibilities.

- Provide Diversity and Cross-Cultural Trainings: Foster a welcoming work environment through diversity and cross-cultural training.
