Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Site Management
    • Supervise construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
    • Monitor and control project costs, including materials and labor.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports to management, including progress updates and any issues or concerns.
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Organized and reliable with excellent time management skills.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
