About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven AVP, Project Data and Program Management to join our CT Real Estate team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the process improvement, estimation, and contract administration teams, working closely with other real estate business leaders and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the process improvement, estimation, and contract administration teams, ensuring delivery, maintaining structure, and following a consistent delivery process.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including senior leaders, dealers, project team leads, consultants, vendors, contractors, landlords, security, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding key project objectives and deliverables, ensuring buy-in and realizing benefits.
  • Oversee the vendor management process, ensuring compliance with audit procedures.
  • Seek opportunities for value optimization throughout project processes.
  • Source and manage project delivery resources, both internal and external, to ensure best-in-class project management.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports.
  • Develop and implement guidelines for evaluating program strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure master project plans and schedules are created and followed, develop solutions to project/program challenges, and direct others for successful completion of on-time, on-budget projects.
  • Liaise with senior leadership and relevant stakeholders, removing roadblocks where necessary.
  • Support the VP in process governance framework.
  • Champion change initiatives within CTREL to position CTC for future growth.
  • Custodian and owner for CTREL processes: process maps, reports.

About You

We are looking for a minimum of 10 years' experience in retail PMO, construction, or other real estate leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have significant project data and program management office experience, with 5 years' leadership/management experience and a strong propensity for team building, coaching, and mentoring.
