Job Title: Electrical Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Service Technician to join our team at Engineering Search Firm Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional electrical solutions to our clients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical distribution and systems, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in servicing and troubleshooting electrical distribution or systems. You will be responsible for providing field service support and consultation, conducting required tests and calibration, and developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide field service support and consultation to customers
  • Conduct required tests and calibration using test equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers
  • Diagnose failures or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Provide customers with basic applications information via phone or on-site consultation
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience servicing and troubleshooting electrical distribution or systems
  • Minimum college level degree/certification in Electrical field (309A license is a plus)
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • English literacy
  • Must have a valid passport
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Physical Demand:
  • Must be able to carry 50 lbs
  • Carry/use required tools, equipment, and laptop
