Job Title: Physiotherapy Assistant

Vista Physiotherapy and Massage is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Physiotherapy Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support to our physiotherapists, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and want to gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physiotherapists in the assessment and treatment of patients
  • Examine patients and maintain accurate records
  • Help physical therapists with patient care and rehabilitation
  • Maintain inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products
  • Process files and paperwork
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception and booking appointments
  • Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients
  • Order supplies and equipment
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • 1 year to less than 2 years
