  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
    • Load buspans and trays, maintaining a high level of efficiency.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, ensuring high-quality food preparation.
