About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Custom Fashion Designer to join our team at IMC International Mascot Corporation. As a Custom Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, made-to-measure garments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create custom garments according to client specifications and manufacturing requirements.
  • Fitting, altering, and repairing garments as needed to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Develop and modify commercial patterns to meet client and clothing manufacturer specifications.
  • Select and prepare fabrics, including cotton, synthetic, fur, and leather, for garment production.
  • Operate sewing machines and sew by hand to create high-quality garments.
Requirements
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
