About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Tube-Mac Piping Technologies Ltd. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in the fabrication of precision piping systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings: Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure precise fabrication of piping systems.
  • Set Up and Adjust Production Machinery: Set up and adjust production machinery/tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Fabricate and Assemble Components: Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, ensuring high-quality finishes and precise dimensions.
  • Document and Report Deviations: Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances, ensuring quality control and continuous improvement.
  • Verify Dimensions and Accuracy: Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.
  • Operate Conventional and Computer-Controlled Machine Tools: Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to fabricate precision piping systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Willingness to Relocate: Willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
