Child Caregiver

Xiang Li is seeking a qualified Child Caregiver to join our team. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children from toddler to pre-school age.
Responsibilities:- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and social development.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social skills, such as sharing and taking turns.
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Organize activities, such as games and outings, to promote cognitive and motor skill development.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Take children to and from school and to appointments, providing reliable transportation.
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and support when needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a non-smoking environment and provide optional accommodation at no charge on a live-in basis.
- Urban area experience and ability to work in employer's/client's home.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Initiative and ability to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Judgement and ability to make informed decisions regarding child care and education.
- Organized and reliable, with excellent time management skills.
- Patience and understanding, with a focus on providing high-quality care and education.
- Honesty and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
