As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing GMAW welding process on production products. Your attention to detail and ability to follow sequential steps will be crucial in ensuring high-quality products. You will also be responsible for housekeeping and 5S duties, packaging, tagging, and labeling, as well as other manufacturing duties as required. This position requires operation of a jib crane, for which in-house training will be provided.

**Qualifications:**

* A minimum 1 year previous experience as a welder
* Current CWB ticket an asset but not required
* Ability to competently read welding blueprints, use Vernier calipers, and weld size gauges
* Basic math skills required
* High attention to detail, ability to follow written and verbal instruction, and work within a communicated timeline
* Ability to work both independently and as a team player
* Good physical capability, and a \"can do\" attitude is a definite asset
* Must be able to show proof of Grade 12 diploma if requested

**Requirements:**

* Proof of Secondary School Diploma if requested
* Clean shaven if required
