Job Summary

SHIELD KINGS INC. is seeking a skilled Asphalt Worker to join our team. As an Asphalt Worker, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
Work Environment

As an Asphalt Worker, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be required to work in urban and rural areas, as well as on construction sites.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Conditions: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
  • Physical Capabilities: You must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.

  • Accurate: You must be accurate and detail-oriented in your work.
  • Dependable: You must be dependable and able to work independently.
  • Hardworking: You must be hardworking and able to meet deadlines.
