Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at O. & P. Super Markets Ltd. as a key member of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockroom is well-organized.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to management.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
