Senior Full Stack Developer

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our software applications. Your expertise in full stack development will enable you to work on both front-end and back-end aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions.
  2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test applications.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and secure coding standards.
  5. Work with Delivery Leads and Business Analysts to estimate and plan project efforts.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. At least 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in the IT industry.
  2. 2+ years of experience with ReactJS and NodeJS.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  1. Experience with Cloud applications.
  2. Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade software.
  3. Background in the financial industry.

Soft Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  2. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
