Job Title: Hairstylist

Pure Hair Design Studio INC. is seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, styling, and coloring hair.

Job Description:Work Environment:

Our salon is located in a rural area and is a non-smoking environment. We are looking for a team player who is reliable, efficient, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on beauty care treatments and analyze hair and scalp condition.
  • Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences.
  • Provide custom hair and scalp treatment, including shampooing, shaving, and trimming beards and mustaches.
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair.
  • Apply hair extensions and cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair.
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences.
  • Perform receptionist duties and maintain and order supplies.
Requirements:
  • Barbering Trade Certification or Hairstylist Trade Certification.
  • Hairstylist Licence or Barber Licence.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
