Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our clinical team in Halifax. As a Physiotherapist at Active Approach, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a team of healthcare professionals, including chiropractors and massage therapists. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients with a range of conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, and low back/neck pain.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy.
- A competitive commission-based structure of 60% of gross billings with a guaranteed base minimum.
