Airswift is seeking a highly skilled Integrated Scheduler to join our team in Calgary, AB on a 12-month contract. As an Integrated Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and reliable production from our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate 60-day to 29-day Integrated Schedule processes and meetings.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization in support of safety, resource allocation, and production.
- Maintain the 60-day to 29-day schedule with updates from Maintenance Scheduler on work requiring re-scheduling.
- Ensure that all prioritized and optimized activities are captured in the 60-day to 29-day Integrated Schedule and meet 28-day gate criteria for entry into the Execution Schedule.
- Work collaboratively with the Integrated Planner, Integrated Execution Scheduler, and key stakeholders to continuously improve Integrated Planning processes, reports, visualizations, metrics, compliance, understanding, and outcomes.
- Minimum years of Maintenance Scheduling experience.
- Minimum years SAGD / Oil & gas, and field experience.
- Formal training and certification in SAP PM, Prometheus STO, and Primavera P6 systems.
