- Equipment Operation: Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove debris and refuse.
- Waste Management: Regularly empty trash cans and waste containers to uphold hygiene standards.
- Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a pristine environment.
- Minor Repairs: Make adjustments and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, coordinating with tradespersons for major repairs.
- Appliance Maintenance: Conduct minor repairs on appliances as needed.
- Property Showings: Assist in showing apartments and offices to prospective tenants.
- General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
- Landscaping: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens.
- Sanitation: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain health standards.
- Snow and Ice Removal: Clear walkways and parking areas of snow and ice during winter months.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
