Pizza Pizza Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
