Accounting Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team at 2468765 Ontario Incorporated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare tax returns.
  • Develop and maintain computerized bookkeeping systems, including MS Access and Quick Books.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
