We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team at 2468765 Ontario Incorporated.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as fixed assets and depreciation.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare tax returns.
- Develop and maintain computerized bookkeeping systems, including MS Access and Quick Books.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
