Position Overview

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our organization, specifically within the realms of goods production, utilities, transportation, and construction.

Compensation
  • Salary: $110,000 annually
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Act as a representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff to create optimal working conditions.
  • Develop and oversee schedules, goals, and objectives.
  • Manage the overall operations of the company.
  • Establish and enforce policies for financial accountability.
  • Plan and monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses.
  • Organize and oversee the logistical operations of the organization.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise personnel.
Qualifications

Education and Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Work Environment: This position requires physical presence at the workplace; remote work is not an option.

Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Experience with embroidery or quilting machinery is essential.
