Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and commissioning computerized automated building controls (HVAC). This role requires strong technical knowledge of building automation systems and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute projects in the building automation industry with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Sound knowledge of building automation systems and the construction environment
- Ability to obtain government security clearance
- Superior time management and organization skills
- Valid G Driver's License and own transportation
- Judgment and decision-making
- Planning and organizing
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
