Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Martial Arts Training Specialist to join our team at TIGER KICKS MARTIAL ARTS INC.. This role requires a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a safe and engaging environment for all participants.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in martial arts instruction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and instruct various athletic, fitness, and sports techniques.
  • Guide both groups and individuals in creative arts and crafts.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of recreational, sports, and fitness events.
  • Plan and implement engaging recreational, fitness, and sports activities.
  • Maintain and perform repairs on sports equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to activities and participant progress.
  • Understand and apply principles of group dynamics to enhance participation.
  • Lead and instruct both groups and individuals effectively.
  • Provide information on lifestyle awareness and healthy practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Monitor activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance as needed.

  • Work Term: Permanent position.

  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
