About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Childcare Specialist to join our team at Tharshana Kailayapillai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their emotional well-being and self-confidence
  • Organize and lead activities, such as games and outings, to stimulate their cognitive and physical development
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring a balanced diet for the children
  • Supervise and care for children, providing individualized attention and support
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations, prioritizing the children's safety and well-being
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Vulnerable sector check
