We are seeking a dedicated Production Operations Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes at 1038078 BC LTD. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production line.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain equipment maintenance schedules and recommend machine replacements as necessary.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product standards.
  • Recruit, supervise, and train employees on new equipment and production methods.
  • Organize and manage inventory effectively.
  • Plan and implement modifications to machinery, production systems, and work methodologies.
  • Oversee the development and management of the departmental budget.
  • Provide customers with information regarding beauty products.
  • Estimate labor and material requirements for production.
  • Develop and uphold cost reporting and internal control procedures.
  • Facilitate training for staff as needed.
  • Direct and evaluate daily operational activities.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 3-4 individuals.

Transportation and Travel
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Own vehicle is required.
  • Willingness to travel is essential.
Work Conditions
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary.
