- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational activities.
- Order Management: Compile food order summaries for the chef.
- Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee and verify the assembly of food trays.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Security and Safety Requirements- Completion of a criminal record check.
- Basic security clearance is required.
This position is set in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with extended periods of standing and physical demands such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
