Fiberglass Technician Job Description

FiberWerx international Inc is seeking a skilled Fiberglass Technician to join our team. As a Fiberglass Technician, you will be responsible for working with fiberglass and resin to create high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weigh and mix resins, colorants, and other chemicals according to formulae.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced.
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution.
  • Prepare and change molds and adjust equipment for production line changes.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Trim and sand plastic or fiberglass parts.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Handling heavy loads.
  • Hand-eye coordination.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physically demanding.
  • Standing for extended periods.
