Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Statistical Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in statistical programming and a passion for working in the health economics and outcomes research field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex statistical models and algorithms using R, R Shiny, VBA, and SQL.
  • Design and implement data visualization tools using Python, C++, Java, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Laravel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in statistical programming and data analytics.
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in statistics, statistical programming, operational research, computer sciences, or related quantitative fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in statistical programming (for Senior Analyst). Freshers are also welcome to apply (for Analyst role).
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, including Python, C++, Java, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Laravel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Canva, Piktochart, Photoshop, and Pixlr.
  • Excellent English communication skills (writing and verbal).
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Quantitative and technical aptitude.
  • Proactive approach to work.
  • Problem-solving skills, and an ability to learn quickly.
  • Creative and designing skills.
  • Project management and experience of leading a team.
  • IT systems and database security.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • SAS programming skills, including SAS macros.
