Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at EDJ Property Management Inc. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, handle and report lost and found items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Shopping and Supplies: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Transportation: Vehicle supplied by employer, travel expenses paid by employer, public transportation available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, physically demanding, up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) weight handling, steel-toed safety boots required.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, organized, team player.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Other Benefits: Transportation provided by employer, permanent employment, English language, 40 hours per week.
